Liwa Race 2026
For Liwa Race 2026, I returned as part of the InFrames team, taking on an expanded role across the full visual pipeline from early concept development to final delivery. I was responsible for the design and execution of race day graphics, interlude tickers, and broadcast motion systems, building on the real-time visual language established in previous editions. This year, the scope grew significantly. I led the concept art, design development, and full animation of all racer avatars, crafting each character from initial sketch through final motion-ready asset. To bring these stylized racers to life, I developed and trained a local AI model, using custom movement transfer pipelines to generate fluid, character-specific motion that matched the high-adrenaline energy of the event. The visual system was designed to support live broadcast, projection, and real-time playback, bold, dynamic, and built for speed. Produced and directed by Artist in Motion, the project demanded precision across every layer: visual identity, motion design, AI-driven character animation, and the sharp editorial language of a world-class desert racing festival.
